TV star, globetrotter, icon, Paris Hilton is no stranger to posting swimsuit photos. And she just posted a brand new one on Instagram, from Beverly Hills, California. When it comes to working out, Hilton is the first to admit that she doesn’t have much time to hit the gym. In order to stay in shape, she bought the Nutrosis Full-Body System. This allows her body to feel like she is working, as she goes through her day. “When I get a facial, I lay there and this machine attaches to your body and is like doing a million sit-ups,” Hilton explained to Yahoo Life. “You just lay down and relax, but your whole body is working all the time. I think it’s an amazing hack to train and have nothing to do.”
Hilton revealed some of her beauty secrets to Marie Claire. In the interview, she revealed that she takes supplements to help her skin stay healthy and keep up with her diet. “I really focused on being healthy from the inside out because I really think that’s the future of beauty products. Many signs of aging and inflammation in our bodies are usually caused by poor nutrition, so I relied on my Viome dietary recommendations and the supplements. It’s really important to me. Since taking these supplements, I’ve never felt better and that’s really amazing.”
Hilton revealed to Marie Claire that she has a home wellness center. She says it helps her set aside time to relax and unwind from her busy schedule. “I have a wellness center that I built in my house, so I’m going to do a hyperbaric chamber and we have a cryotherapy machine, so that’s really good for you.”
Hilton lives in California, where the weather is great and there’s plenty to do outdoors. She tells Marie Claire that she is taking full advantage of this option. Hilton says she spends a lot of time outdoors and many of her favorite workouts are outdoor activities. “I love taking my dog for walks in the mountains and hiking, surfing and skiing.”
Hilton admits to Marie Claire that it can be hard for her to get enough sleep. She says she has a lot of different things she does to relax at night. “I’m going to do the Ballancer Pro machine, take my R3SET (the nighttime one I take every night) and then I’ll install this app called Sleep Fan. I love hearing that fan noise and trying to put my phone down, because that the blue light on the phone is keeping you up at night, so I try not to look at my phone.”
