The first major event of the Kyneton Daffodil and Arts Festival 2022 is the colorful ‘Light up Kyneton’ light show at the Kyneton Mechanics Institute on Friday April 8 from 7pm.

This date provides a great opportunity after the end of daylight saving time for the light show and will give families of children from Kyneton Primary, who helped create the artwork for the light show last year, the opportunity to see their work and enjoy the great show. with the whole community.

There will be music from the duo Vintage Blues Machine and tables in the Mechanical Reserve for people to enjoy the light show and ambiance, all in a COVID safe environment.

Look for special guest appearances by ‘The Gardeners’. These hobbit-like otherworldly creatures were crafted by local puppeteers and will distribute gifts of joy and positivity to the crowd.

Held around the time of the Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival, the event is supported by this series of events.
